If our nations founders could visit us on this, our 232nd Independence day, what would they make of us? What would they declare of us? A hint can be discerned in a letter from John Adams to his wife Abigail, on July 3, 1776, as the Declaration of Independence had just been approved. ” It ought to be commemorated as the day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and parade, with shews, games, Sports, guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one end of this Continent to the other from this time forward forever more. You will think me transported with Enthusiasm but I am not. I am well aware of the toll and blood and Treasure, that it will cost us to maintain this declaration, and support and defend these states. Yet through all the gloom I can see the rays of ravishing light and Glory. I can see that the End is more than worth all the means. And that posterity will tryumph in that Day’s transaction, even altho We should rue it, which I trust in God we shall not.

Well dear Mr. President, our 2nd President in history, rue it we did, but alas as 1868 rolled past that year in history long after your last good night kiss It was no fault of yours Mr. Adams, many after you and before us failed to heed yours and other great founders advise. America Died July 21, 1868 with the alledged passing of the 14th amendment, The Secretary of State expressed doubts as to whether three-fourths of the required states had ratified the 14th amendment, as shown by proclamation of July 20, 1868, thus a joint resolution was adopted by the Senate and House shoved thru via Knight of Malta Thaddeus Stevens with the help of Charles Sumner the other heartless radical red republican and reconstructionist criminal of that era with their many supporters. The illegal ratifications by puppet states still suffering from the chaos of defeat of the Confederacy are still to this day suspect, those being the five states called Arkansas, North Carolina, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Alabama, which all had previously rejected the 14th amendment by actions of their lawfully constituted legislatures. Thus much research bares out the nullity of this 14th Amendment, but one wonders why Courts uphold it. In essence America died in 1868. Dear President Adams may you rest in peace kind sir!!! Even as the RUE of sweet liberty did happen, in only a paltry 92 years. For thirty years dear sir, I hold a candle light vigil while I ponder my brethrens willful ignorance of Liberty lost.

Sadly today the “American” or as it should rightfully be called the u.s. corporation and controlled legislature by and for the elites and corporate entities on shore and off ignoring the peoples wishes of this great land rather brazenly I might add, and using journalism as well to boot out truth. That aside these legislative branches of no government of mine are in dire need of an aggressive purge in the form of a no-confidence of desiccated people and the interests that tell them what “American” their American perspective not mine, national policies should be. More’s the pity, as presidential candidates Barack Obama (D) and John McCain (R) have merely repackaged the status quo and are selling it as new-face-equals-new-policy same old bunk from the illusion trunk. None of it adds up to change and, no matter who is elected, or appointed actually because this game is and has been rigged for many years now, as president or which party controls congress, “America” will be on the same course towards more war, more economic pain, more infrastructure problems, more security intrusions into the daily routine. In fact as I stated in the past the next president has already been given the apointment in this charade and it is John McCain, another bloodlines trace shows McCain is related to Britsh Royalty as has been all past presidents, with the stronger blood winning the contest each time. John be it.

These fundamental flaws are not nor ever were in the Constitutional construct of the Confederated Republic, but are in the people who are occupying positions in all branches of government, from the top down. It is they who fail this Nation, both Republican’s and Democrat’s get equal measures of disgust. But the two parties and their interested backers do not care because they know the ” American people” don’t know, don’t care, some are fickle, others just flat un-read and still some may be skeptical of the truths history holds, and will just vote for one or the other. And so the game is all about the two parties entertaining each other and those top few percent of American’s and American corporations that control over 90 percent of the corporate wealth will win it all again. Just exactly what our founders feared would be the case. I suspect the founders might look upon us with disdain. I will Light no powder on the morrow, yet again my candle and silent supper await me.
